Cassandra Stimpson

Cassandra joined GOAL USA in January, 2014 as Development Associate, and is now a Development Officer in the New York City office. Cassandra is to GOAL’s work, having previously volunteered with GOAL USA for 2 years as an intern and student board leader and has traveled to programs in Ethiopia and Haiti. Cassandra previously worked as an executive assistant at the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, and provided research assistance on gender based violence used in UAV strikes to the International Network on Explosive Weapons (INEW). She is a member of the Robert F. Kennedy Young Leaders. Cassandra earned her B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science with minors in Peace & Justice Studies and Communications from Pace University. She also received a certificate in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the UN Sanctioned Universidad para la Paz in Costa Rica. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY


Clare Hill

Clare is an Irish American with experience in sales in the B2B industry. With strong business development and account management skills, she hits all goals and targets. Having spent a year and a half working with TransPerfect Translations Inc, Clare has decided to move to a career in marketing. Her expertise lies in online, digital and social media marketing. Having worked in New York, Dublin and London, she brings a diverse mix of cultures to the table. Clare received a First Class Honors degree in BComm International with Spanish from University College Dublin and graduated in 2014. Clare is fluent in English, Irish and Spanish. Originally from Co. Wicklow, Clare lives in Brooklyn.


Diane Mooney

Diane is a native of County Wexford is a senior strategy & planning analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies. A member of the central strategy team she works with the Chief Operating Officer to analyze geographies for innovative business opportunities and operational efficiencies. Project experience includes defining and implementing target operating models, managing acquisition integration programs and enhancing competitive positioning through business assessments. She holds a degree in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.


Eoin Keating

Eoin moved to New York from Dublin following his graduation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in December 2014 where he received a master’s degree in Management Consultancy. Prior to this Eoin spent three years working with IBM Ireland. For the majority of his time at IBM Eoin successfully fulfilled the role of Account Manager. Where he would consult with clients on a broad range of hardware and software technical support solutions. In his time New York Eoin has been working with Pcubed as a business manager, supporting the growth of the business within the New York office. Pcubed is management consultancy uniquely focused on project, program and portfolio management.


Kevin Elliott

Kevin is a Vice President with Bank of America in Global Markets Technology, focused on Portfolio Management. He started his career in Corporate Banking with Ulster Bank in Dublin and then spent over 7 years across Europe and North America with First Derivatives. He is an Associate Professional Risk Manager and a Project and Portfolio Management Practitioner. A native of Donegal, he holds a BSc. Economics and Finance from UCD and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Imperial College London.


Michaela Finlay

Micheala is a proud first generation Irish American. As an aspiring young leader, Micheala works hard to continue to grow her network within the Irish community as well as the business network around the globe. Micheala sees the future through the eyes of the next generation, working as a Kindergarten teacher. Creativity paired with strong communication and organizational skills, Micheala is always working to remain progressive in this ever-changing world.


Owen Kiely

Owen is a Director with Alter Domus, a global fund administration provider to Private Equity and Real Estate firms pursuing international investments. Born and raised in Galway, Owen began his career practicing as a solicitor with McCann FitzGerald in Dublin prior to relocating to New York in 2011. A graduate of NUIG and University College London, Owen is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Columbia Business School.


Rob Flanagan

Rob is a Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy practice, where he is focused on corporate strategy, commercial transformation and portfolio management. He has over six years of experience advising clients considering or experiencing significant transformation in a range of industries and geographies. He has worked on projects in the areas of commercial strategy development, portfolio strategy, and M&A strategy. Rob spent two years working in a lead role for Deloitte’s Global CFO Program. He worked on the ground with Deloitte member firms and CFOs in China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, Russia, the U.K. and the U.S. Rob is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is an Attorney-at-Law in New York. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management Accounting and a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin.
