Susan HayesCulleton, CFA, “The Positive Economist” is managing director of the Hayes Culleton Group with clients across Europe and the U.S. She is co-author of “Positive Economics”, the market leading Leaving Cert economics textbook in Ireland as well as doubly published by Penguin. Susan has been invited to speak on Brexit at the House of Commons, Westminster; to chair the “East West” Brexit All-Island Summit Forum session and to brief senior leaders in companies and organisations as they shape their post-Brexit strategy. Tony Dunne, Bank of Ireland, US Country Manager
As US Country Manager, Tony has responsibility for all of Bank of Ireland’s activities in the US. Bank of Ireland operates in the US through its Branch in Stamford, CT and Representative Offices in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. In March 2017, Bank of Ireland announced the opening of startlab NYC, an incubation space that supports the Bank’s customers as they seek to grow their business and enter the US market.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and CFA charter holder, with over 20 years’ experience of working in the financial services industry. Tony has previously worked for DZ Bank, Merrill Lynch and Halifax Bank of Scotland in both Ireland and the UK.
Peter Legge, Tax Partner at Grant Thornton (NI) LLP
Peter joined Grant Thornton in 2005 from A Big 4 Firm and has over 20 years experience in advising individuals and privately owned businesses on tax matters ranging across the various stages of their growth model – from business structuring, to protecting and expanding business activities, to tax efficient realisation of value from the business. His focus is on ensuring clients receive innovative, robust and commercially aligned tax advice.
Peter became a partner in our Belfast office in 2014 and is actively involved with the firms Brexit Committee where he is ideally placed to provide an unique insight from an Irish and UK perspective.
