Claire is CEO and co-Founder of leading Irish video tech company Axonista. Axonista helps global brands like QVC, Virgin Media, The Irish Film Institute, and Viacom to build interactive, personalised video experiences across digital platforms using their award-winning product, Ediflo. Prior, Claire was part of the team that established and managed the Setanta Sports channels in Ireland and UK.
Claire is an active part of the global startup community. She is an ambassador for the Irish female entrepreneur programme Going for Growth, a member of the 2018 European Innovation Council jury and an advisor for TechIreland. Claire was Image Magazine's Businesswoman of the Year 2017, a finalist in Irish Central's Creativity and Arts awards 2018 , and the recipient of the People's Choice Award 2018 at the TV Connect conference in London.
Mike Rich is a tech and media executive, entrepreneur and startup investor. He's held senior positions at some of the world’s largest digital media businesses, including AOL, Bertlesmann, Moviefone, Time Inc.'s Food & Wine and Real Simple. Mike was named one of The Hollywood Reporters “Digital Power 50" and has been in Tech Crunch, Washington Post, Billboard, Crains and spoken at CES, Digital Hollywood and Digital Music East and more.

Dermot has held senior executive roles at Viacom, AOL and Cablevision and has founded several startups from Flooz.com to SNKRINC. As a corporate strategist, he also leads change through engendering collaboration, teamwork, and excellence—driving large corporations while building consensus around game-changing strategies. He has inspired large content teams while building multi-platform distribution and monetization strategies, and other types of projects supporting major global brands.
Patrick Connolly, senior vice president, programming for AMC / Sundance TV Global, is responsible for acquisitions, planning, global strategy and scheduling of linear and VOD programming, as well as promotion planning and on-air creative for AMC Global and Sundance TV Global. In addition, he serves as executive producer of all film festival coverage for Sundance TV Global. In his new role, Connolly will oversee research directives to provide improved global context for AMC programming initiatives. He will help lead the global AMCNI teams in working with other AMC business units to exploit synergies, and leverage opportunities with acquisitions and co-productions across all platforms. He will also work with other business units to help explore and incorporate innovations, technologies and new platforms to provide additional value to partners and increase ratings and revenue streams. Connolly joined AMC Networks in 2011. Prior to Sundance TV Global, Connolly was a scheduling and programming consultant with Showtime and previously Sundance Channel in the United States. Connolly began his career in programming at Fox, where he held various roles at Fox Kids / Fox Family / Fox Children’s Network.
